Licence

ArrowSpade grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Elementrix on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

Accounts

Elementrix requires an account. You sign in with Apple or Google (OAuth); there is no guest or anonymous mode and no email-and-password sign-up. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Eligibility

Elementrix is intended for a mature teen-and-up audience (rated Apple 17+ and Google/IARC Mature) and is not directed at children under 13. The rating reflects user-to-user text and third-party advertising in the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools, manipulate matchmaking or scores, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the service. In multiplayer and party games you agree not to harass, threaten or abuse other players. Violations may result in restrictions, suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Virtual Currency — Element Coins

Element coins are a virtual in-game currency licensed to you, not sold: they are not your property, have no monetary or real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, element coins are non-refundable. We may modify, adjust or revoke virtual currency and virtual items as part of operating and balancing the game.

Subscriptions

Elementrix offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Ad-Free, Plus and Pro). Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the new period begins. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's store account settings; store refund policies apply to purchases.

User Content and Conduct

Usernames, avatars and in-game interactions must not be offensive, infringing or impersonate others. By using them in the game you grant ArrowSpade a licence to display them to other players as part of the service. We may moderate, rename or remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Elementrix is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, content and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArrowSpade is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or its content in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Elementrix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or your account for violations of these terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other players. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including virtual currency, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence mandatorily applies.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and ArrowSpade only. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no warranty, support or other obligation for Elementrix. Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable store terms of service.
