Privacy Policy

Information the App Collects

• Account information. Elementrix requires an account. You sign in with Apple or Google (OAuth); we receive the email address associated with the Apple or Google account you use to sign in. There is no guest or anonymous mode, and we do not offer email-and-password sign-up.
• Profile. The username you choose and your avatar configuration.
• Gameplay data. Scores, element coins, XP and level, gameplay statistics, match history and friends or party activity.
• Device information. Basic details such as device model, operating system version, language and app version, used for compatibility, stability and support.
• Advertising identifier. The device advertising identifier, used only as described under Advertising below.

Services the App Uses

Elementrix relies on a small number of third-party services. Information they process is handled under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — accounts, database and realtime multiplayer infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In — account sign-in, required to use the app.
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising.
• RevenueCat, together with the Apple App Store and Google Play — subscriptions and purchases.
• A realtime game server operated for ArrowSpade — live multiplayer sessions and party play.

Advertising

Elementrix shows non-personalized, contextual ads through Google AdMob. The device advertising identifier is used for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention — not for personalized ad profiles. We do not run personalized ad tracking, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because no such tracking takes place.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Elementrix offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Ad-Free, Plus and Pro) and a virtual currency called element coins. All billing is handled by Apple or Google through your store account; we do not receive your full payment details. Element coins have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple or Google.

User Content and Multiplayer

Your username, avatar and activity in multiplayer and party games are visible to other players. The app provides tools to report inappropriate content or behaviour, to block other players, and to view and manage your list of blocked users.

Audience and Age Rating

Elementrix is a casual game hub for a general adult and teen audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app includes user-to-user text and third-party ads (Google AdMob), we recommend it for a mature teen-and-up audience (Apple 17+, Google/IARC Mature). We do not collect or store a date of birth or age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@arrowspade.com and we will delete it.

Your Rights and Data Retention

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Elementrix account and its data at any time by contacting info@arrowspade.com. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for recordkeeping, dispute prevention and legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (Europe) and the CCPA (California) — you may have additional rights such as data portability or objection to certain processing; we honour verified requests to the extent required by applicable law, and we do not sell personal information.
