Marlowe Dental Port Credit · family practice

Port Credit, Mississauga · general & family dentistry

Four chairs. One afternoon. The whole household done.

Most practices book your family one person at a time and hand you four separate trips. Marlowe runs four operatories and three hygienists, so we stack everyone into a single block — and this page shows you the block before you commit to it.

The family block

Add the household. Watch the chairs fill.

Each appointment type has a real length and needs a specific kind of clinician. The board below packs your household into the operatories that are actually open on the day you pick — so you can see whether you are here for ninety minutes or for the afternoon.

Day options are generated from your device clock.

Start times come from that day's opening hours.

The board draws four operatory rows across the block you have chosen, with one tile per person.

Coverage & estimate

Your plan is not one number. It is one number per person.

Everyone in a household can sit on a different plan, a different percentage and a different remaining annual maximum. Set each person's coverage and the estimate splits properly — including what happens when somebody has already spent their year.

Coverage intake

  • Coverage rows follow the household you built above.

We can verify eligibility electronically before your visit, so the estimate you see here is the one you see at the desk. Major work is sent for predetermination first — insurers answer in writing, usually within two to four weeks.

Estimated at the desk

Estimated fees, plan portion and patient portion per person

Total $0 $0 $0

This is an estimate produced by a demonstration, not a quote and not a claim. Real amounts depend on your plan's contract, your remaining maximum, and what the dentist finds on the day.

Same-day chairs

Two chairs a day never go on the calendar.

They are held empty until the morning of, because the person who needs them cannot plan three weeks ahead. Tell us what happened and the desk knows which chair, which clinician and how long — before you call.

What happened?

Choose one on the left

We hold the chairs; you pick the reason.

Each option routes to a different chair length and a different clinician. The times below come from your device clock and this practice's real opening hours.

This is a demonstration, not medical or dental advice. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis and nothing here books a real appointment. If you have facial swelling with a fever, or any difficulty breathing or swallowing, go to a hospital emergency department or call emergency services.

How the two chairs stay empty

  1. They are never bookable online. The booking board above cannot see them, which is the only way a held chair stays held.
  2. One is protected until 4:00 PM. Because a child in pain at three o'clock cannot be told to come back on Thursday.
  3. Unused chairs release at 5:00 PM. They go to the recall waiting list, so nothing is wasted on a quiet day.
  4. Existing patients are not queued behind new ones. If we have seen you before, your record is already open when you call.

The team

Who is actually in the building, and when.

Days matter. A crown cannot be prepped on a day Dr. Baptiste is not here, and Saturday runs hygiene and emergencies only. The board on this page already knows that — this is the roster it reads from.

An empty dental operatory with a pale lilac chair, brushed white overhead light and a pale oak cabinet run

Four operatories, one of which is deliberately boring.

Operatory 4 has a window, no chair-side monitor and no instrument tray in the line of sight. It is where the children go, and where anyone who would rather not watch goes.

Before you arrive

The clipboard is the worst part. So there isn't one.

Forms go out with the confirmation and come back into the chart before you walk in. Each household member gets their own set — and the set changes depending on what they are booked for.

  • Forms follow the household you built above.

After the visit

The next one gets booked before you take your coat off the hook.

Recall is the whole business. Everyone in the household sits on their own interval, and the reminder goes to whoever actually manages the calendar — not to a six-year-old's email address.

  • Recall rows follow the household you built above.

Reminders that stop when you answer

Confirmation, then one nudge at seven days and one at two days. Reply once and the rest stop. A household can nominate a single point of contact for everybody's appointments.

Aftercare, in writing, tied to the procedure

Whatever the dentist told you in the chair also lands in the patient app, attached to the tooth and the date, so nobody has to remember it in a car park.

Balances go to a request, not an argument

If the plan pays less than the estimate, the difference arrives as a clear itemised request in the app with the insurer's reason on it — not as a surprise phone call.

The patient app

Everything above, carried into an app the household actually shares.

Family profiles, a tooth-by-tooth chart per person, treatment plans with the coverage already applied, payment requests and recall — all on one login.
