Free up to 12 hours before. After that, half the fee — waived twice a year, because life happens.
Running late
We treat you for the time that's left rather than pushing everyone behind you. The fee drops to match.
Receipts
Emailed the moment you leave, with the registration number your insurer asks for.
Referrals
You don't need one to book here. Some plans ask for one before they'll pay — worth a call to your insurer first.
Your records
Notes, plans and receipts stay in your portal. Ask and we send the file to another clinic, or delete it.
Bringing someone
A partner, a parent or an interpreter is welcome in the room. Say so when you book and we use the larger room.
