Barbering — fades, tapers, beard architecture
Works fast and talks slowly. Jordan builds a fade from the neckline up and will tell you honestly when a shape has three weeks left in it rather than six. Clippers, then scissors over comb, then a mirror check you are allowed to disagree with.

Cuts + texture — curl-pattern cutting, dry cutting, big shapes
Cuts curls dry, one coil at a time, and will spend the first ten minutes of the appointment doing nothing but looking. If your hair has been cut wet its whole life, this is the chair where it stops being a fight.

Colour — lived-in colour, corrective work, grey blending
Every colour starts with a consultation and a strand test, and some of them end with Eli talking you out of it. Corrective work is booked in stages with the cost of each stage agreed before the first one begins.
Chair 6 · 6 years behind it
Brows + finishing — mapping, tint, lash lift
Maps the brow to your face before a single hair moves, then shows you the plan on a mirror and waits. Nothing is removed that cannot grow back inside a month, and the map is kept so the next visit picks up exactly where this one stopped.

Classic barbering — scissor work, hot-towel shave, first haircuts
Learned on a chair like this one and has never much wanted a different job. Scissor over comb, a hot towel, a straight razor on the neckline, and the patience for a three-year-old's first haircut on a Saturday morning.

Event hair — occasion finishing, timing plans, early mornings
Opens the studio at seven on event mornings and works to a written timing plan, so nobody is sitting in a chair wondering whether they will be late. Trials are booked separately and the notes from the trial are what get used on the day.
The diary
Each artist keeps their own days, their own hours and their own deposit. Nothing below is a shared pool of slots with a name attached afterwards — the diary you are looking at belongs to Jordan.
None of these work? A waitlist is how a studio fills the gap when somebody moves an appointment.
The rhythm
The second visit is the one that decides whether a studio has a client or a customer. A fade is sharp for about three weeks; a colour holds its root for six to eight; a brow map wants four. So rather than asking you to remember, the interface offers the same chair, the same artist and the same time, three visits ahead.
Change the cadence and the dates recalculate from your last booked visit.
Nothing is reserved. A real studio would hold the three slots and let you release any of them from the client app.

Deposits and cancellation terms are usually buried. Putting them on the page, in the same type size as everything else, is the whole trick.

It comes off the price on the day. Kids’ cuts, fringe trims and consultations take no deposit at all.
Changing plans
Free until 24 hours before
Move or cancel yourself from the client app. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the chair time nobody else could take.
Running late
15 minutes of grace
After that the appointment is shortened to protect the person booked behind you. Past 20 minutes it is rebooked.
Colour & tint
Patch test 48 hours ahead
Booked automatically alongside any colour service, and 24 hours ahead for brow tint and lash lift. No test, no service.

With an adult in the room
Teddy and Jordan both take first haircuts. Say so when you book and the appointment gets extra time, not less.

Level entrance, one accessible washroom, height-adjustable chairs, and a first appointment each Tuesday and Sunday with the music off and the lights down.
